PKP S.A. operates over 2500 railway stations, 600 of which are used for the purposes of passenger traffic. PKP S.A. renovates stations on an ongoing basis – not only are they adapted to the needs of today’s passengers, but their historic form is also restored. The results of modifications may be found on our special website. Following the example of shopping malls, PKP S.A. has introduced the position of station managers. They work at key stations and operate as part of Customer Service Centres. They are responsible for monitoring the situation at the station, taking care of the station, providing an appropriate level of services and quick reaction to remarks and complaints filed by customers. Contact to Station Offices may be found on our website.
