PKP S.A. rents properties for various purposes and in attractive locations. Our department is responsible for the lease and rental of properties. The unit consists of a head office and six regional offices responsible for the rental of properties in the particular region of the country.
What do we do?
- We manage the lease and rental of PKP S.A. properties, among others at strategic railway stations (Warszawa Centralna, Warszawa Wschodnia, Wrocław Główny, Poznań Nowy Główny, Gdynia Główna, Gdańsk Główny, Katowice and Kraków Główny railway stations);
- maintain contact and build relations with key business partners;
- look actively for lessees, conclude agreements, cooperate with real estate agencies;
- cooperate with companies operating passenger railway traffic in the scope of conclusion, termination and amendment of lease agreements as well as concluding agreements concerning the participation of lessees in the costs of maintenance of shared spaces at railway stations;
- analyse the advertising potential of properties managed by PKP S.A. and conclude agreements with advertisers;
- make analyses concerning the income potential of properties owned by the Company.

Railway station, sidetrack, apartment in the city centre, water tower - we sell almost every type of real estate! We sell to large construction companies, manufacturers, logistics companies, local governments and private individuals. Within the last five years, we sold properties for almost 1 billion PLN, and in the years 2013-15 we will put up real estate for sale worth over 1.5 billion PLN. Our team consists of over 70 people. We specialise in the real estate market: lawyers, economists, licensed real estate agents and property appraisers.
What do we do?
- We sell investment plots,
- offer apartments, commercial premises, office buildings (and office space), holiday resorts, sports facilities etc. for sale,
- sell closed railway stations.

PKP S.A. does not perform transport services. The following subsidiaries are the Group’s railway operators:
- PKP Intercity – operates passenger transportation both on international and long lines;
- SKM Trójmiasto – operates commuter transportation in the Tri-City area;
- PKP Cargo – operates freight transportation.
The railway transportation operators cooperate within the PKP Group with the companies providing telecommunication and IT services – TK Telekom and PKP Informatyka. Through this collaboration, among other accomplishments, a search engine was established for available railway services and dynamic information systems at the biggest railway stations in Poland. The Group also consists of the infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe . The company maintains the quality of the railway lines and is responsible for a large-scale, nation-wide modernisation programme. PKP PLK is also the coordinator of the preparation of railway timetables for domestic operators, setting the annual track access charges and oversees the operation of more than 6,000 trains a day. PKP S.A. supervises the activities of the Group and is the real estate manager.

PKP Group
